HISTORY; If you ask anyone they would say that Arella shouldn't even have been born. It's bad if an Angel has a child with another race and it is bad of a Demon has a child with another race, but it is an abomination (and I hear that word used a lot) if an Angel and Demon has a child together. These children are rare, actually Arella is pretty sure there is a law against it, but here she is breathing, alive and... erm, mostly well. The problem with being half pure and half darkness is that for one even if an angel and demon did sleep together is would be extremely difficult to even have a child (let's have an applause for my parents!). And if you arecursed-- umm lucky-- enough to have given birth to this hybrid, there is a 95% chance it won't even survive to the age of three, because of the fact that the angel blood and demon blood inside of the child is fighting each other to gain control and it is likely it will result in death. Now for those very few that make it past their toddlers years they will now face a life of being shunned from society. Now, this can be taken in a couple of different ways, and Arella has experience them all. Some has tried to kill her (holy water, drowning, burning at the stake, ect.), drive her out of town, more killing, silent treatment, cowering in fear whenever she walked by, screaming, crying, nasty glares, nasty words, fighting, returning her to foster care, ect. ect. ect. Seriously she has been through it all. The main reason she came to brookland academy, was because of the fact they promised her that she would be protected. Ha! That is funny. More like keeping an eye on her so she doesn't end up creating Hell on Earth. (Why don't they get that Arella has part angel in her too!?)
Let's start from the beginning, shall we? Arella Kiara Evans was born to a demon mother and an angel for a father, though she had no knowing of this until the age of five. Three days after her birth she was dropped on the doorstep of a New York City Orphanage, with only a dog tag around her neck that showed the only the name Arella Kiara, which is what she was called, until she asked to be called Arella only. She was in the orphanage for two months until a young married couple with the last name Evans adopted her. Things were went swell for the first six months and Arella seemed like the perfect daughter. She never cried at all, never got sick once, and slept through the whole night without waking. It was when she starting nearing the age of one that things started getting strange. Strange describing how Arella would have random spazz attacks: screaming and thrusting around, as the demon and angel blood decided to fight each other. Her eyes would change colors and her skin turned pale white. She would also mutter words in a different language (which she discovered was Latin) when she only knew a couple English words. The Evans thought she was possessed and took her to their Priest, who then tried to exorcise her. Even though Arella was only around a year old she has full memory of the pain. When nothing could be done and Arella wasn't "healed" the Evans decided that she was too much for them and returned her to Foster Care, and the last name, though she dislikes it, stuck.
Most of her life went on like this. She never stayed in one house for over a year before the family found out she was different, but Arella never understood why she wasn't normal, until the age of five that is. On her fifth birthday (she was currently living with a old, wealthy couple) her father decided to visit her. This is when puzzle pieces started to fit together. He told her that his name was Castiel and he was an angel. Castiel explained that her mother was a demon, and it was a mistake that she even existed. He told her not to tell anyone of the small amount of heritage she knew, and how in the future when people found out that she was a hybrid her life would be hard. He left saying not a lot more.
Arella continued to live her empty life, moving all around the United States (even in Canada once). At the age of eight her family (highly religious and very respected) found her practicing darkness, and tried a different form of getting rid of "the demon inside her." This included trying to drown her in holy water, stabbing her in the heart with a knife, and locking her in the fireplace while running. Nothing killed her though, or actually harmed her for that matter. But Arella was more then a little pissed off. She killed the family without hesitation and with little memory of doing so. That is when she met her mother. Yay. Doesn't everyone love family reunions. Her mother, Ruby, said that she was proud of her and to be careful, since people would know of her powers now. Also like Castiel she asked that Arella didn't tell who her parents was.
She left town, and lived on the move for the next couple of years. Arella hated the fact that she was like her mother, since she didn't mean to harm, much less kill, anyone. She was hunted down by Demon Hunters, and traced by people who knew of the secret world. Her emotions sometimes got the better of her, and since her powers were directly linked to her feelings, Arella had harmed and killed more people without meaning too. It hurts her when people are too happy or too depress, since it messes with each part of her. At times, Arella can be coincided bipolar, but this isn't her fault. She senses the emotions around her and kinda feeds off of them, with light and darkness. Depending on her mood, she can completely brighten a room or steal all the light out of it.
When she reached the age of eleven the other world finally caught up with her, and to Arella's surprise offered her a place at Brookland. Deciding it was either that or death, Arella accepted the offered and moved to the academy, though things there was not much better. It seemed as though everyone hated her, especially the adults, and nobody wanted to be her friend once they knew she was an angel, demon hybrid. Arella was warned about when using her powers, and scared to even leave her room at times. All and all though, Arella made it five years through school not letting anyone bring her down. She never heard from her parents again, and kept her promise by swearing she didn't know who bore her. Arella ignores what other people think of her, and though she doesn't fit in anywhere (both demons and angels hate her, including every other race) she tries to make the best of things.

RPING SAMPLE;Liam was confused, which wasn't that unusually, because it seemed like these days he was always confused. Ever since he said yes to the angel, Azrael, Liam's life had been turn upside down... but it wasn't like Liam really had a life before. When Liam was three, the voices started to talk to him. His adopted parents, though kind, thought he was a little messed up, and were afraid that people would think he was talking to demons, because of his unnatural past. So his father being the respected priest of the small town, started to teach his adopted son about the bible and God, unaware that Liam was already speaking to an angel.
The angels told him many things about his true identity. They told him that his mother Gabby, was human and was with their father, and they spoke about Sirius, his eagle 'shifting father. The angels said he looked very much like both of them, and that They told about the Night World and the upcoming Apocalypse. When Liam was three in a half, he accepted the offer to be a vessel for the angel, Azrael, who than proceeded to change time, so Liam no longer looked like a toddler, but instead a sixteen year old boy.
It was a new life for Liam. An odd, bipolarish life. At the beginning all he could do, was sit and watch from the back of his mind. He had no voice, or choices in his own body but knew about everything going on about him. However, Liam started to fight back against Azrael, his open three year old mind, heart and soul was able to over power the angel, and take control. It wasn't long before Liam was able to have power for long amounts of time, but every now and than Azrael would overpower him, and than Liam would have to take control all over again. He didn't know why he wanted to be in commanded; Liam knew he wouldn't when he accepted to be a vessel, yet he fought back everything. He still had no idea why Azrael didn't leave him for being a terrible vessel, or why he didn't try harder when Liam tried to overpower, because Liam was sure Azrael was stronger and had more power than what he used to defend himself.
He knew very little of his biologic parents, except for what the angels told him, and less about the Evans, his adopted parents who took him in after he was kidnapped by a demon. But it the night before last that Liam felt something go off in his mind. Maybe it was his new angel powers he had when he was in control, or maybe it was just a sixth sense, for being his son. Whatever the reason was Liam had felt something, and knew that Sirius, that his father, was in danger and it didn't take him more than a second to make up his mind and teleport himself to the said location.
Liam found his father in a forest, not dead but possibly on the edge. It was one of those rare occasions that Liam was in control, yet he still heard the voice of Azrael in the back of his head. The both of them had grown closer, learning to except each others opinion, and Azrael even allowing Liam to take power of his own free will, but this time the angel was fighting against Liam's defense, trying to take control, while warning Liam not to do anything. Well, Liam was not going to let his father die, regardless if the Lord willed it.
Blocking out the sound of the angel in his head, Liam gently bushed his finger tips across his forehead to see how Sirius became in his state. He watched the whole scene, smiling slightly to know where his personality came from. "Really, father?" Liam asked, knowing fully well the unconscious shape shifter couldn't hear him. Taking on a dragon was not a smart move, no matter what he said. Dragons were created by Lucifer; they were smart and stronger than demons, and a better creation to Lucifer. They were also cruel and vile, usually aiming to kill, which is what confused Liam. Why didn't the dragon, Nollen, kill Sirius. Having a play back, it didn't seem like all that Nollen was trying to kill his father, he didn't even 'shift. But the words at the ending, told him that Nollen did think he killed Sirius. Maybe the dragon was just out of practice, Liam decided, since they had been sleeping so long.
Liam took hold of the unconscious shifter, holding it tightly. A moment later, they were in the room of a hospital. And he carefully set his father on a bed. Now for the task of finding a doctor. He very well, couldn't have a human doctor, since Liam knew Sirius was a shapeshifter, and therefore needed certain medical care. Liam closed his eyes and searched the minds of the doctors at the hospital. At last, he finally found a Lamia Vampire, and searched over his past, to make sure he was certified in his field. Of course, like many other vampires, he only did this to have "one on one" time with humans, who he would feed on, but there would be none of that with Sirius. Liam fiddled with the vampires mind a bit telling him to come up to the room, and fill out necessary paperwork for Sirius, and to call the numbers on his bedside.
He looked back at fidgeting Sirius. Liam placed his two of his fingers on his fathers temple, placing him back into sleep, before he awoke. "Not yet," Liam said softly. This was not the way he wanted his father too meet him. Liam knew Sirius would awake in the morning, and scribbling the numbers Sirius had in his head, he would be greeted by love ones. "I'll be back, father." Liam said, not all truthfully. He wanted to come back. He honestly wanted to meet his father, yet he didn't know if his control would last that long.
Liam watched from a distance the next day. Watching Sirius family-- technically his family as well- fuss over him. It was interesting, to see his father for the first time he remembered, knowing that because of him, Liam was alive and able to help his Lord in this time of distress. He watched the visitors flutter in and out, and at last all of them left in the early evening. It was time to make his move.
Azrael tried many time to break through Liam's barrier, coming close a couple of times. Normally, Liam would just let go, and let the angel have his time, but at this moment, Liam cared to much to lose control. "I would have been better off dead.." Liam heard his father say. "No you don't" Liam said from nowhere, suddenly in the hospital room. He knew for a fact, that people hated when he did that... it was just the most convenient thing for Liam. His eyes widen when Sirius turned to look at him. Do you-- do you... recognize me?" Liam asked anxiously. He didn't think it was possible that anyone could recognize their son who now looked thirteen years older, but you never knew...
